My tracker stopped working sometime in the last 24 hours. The object has moved several times, however the tracker still shows the same location since yesterday morning. I saw on another thread to make sure the SIM card is active. I'm not sure how to do that? I have not received a renewal notice recently so I believe it should be OK. But I don't know how to check. Thank you!

I'm having the same problem and my sim card is supposed to be active until May! Very frustrating!!

Would you please give me the model# of your tracker?
And please live chat us, our customer service will check what the problem is.
