Hi, I signed Up for the plan with the free SIM Card sent and you took the money, but I didn't receive a phone number so I have no way to text and communicate with the GPS?

Same thing happen to me. How long does it end up taking to resolve? The LIVE chat told me it is provision problem at T-mobile. I have a 3-mo plan. Does this 3-mo count from the date I receive it?
