For TK102 tracker, may with a weak connection between the battery.

With the cover off, barely touching the battery causes it to lose power.

Here is a solution to solve this issue.

Please remove and discard the plastic isolation plate which comes installed between the battery and circuit board.

Without it, the battery maintains a solid connection even under vigorous movement.

Add some padding to cover to take up the extra space created be removing the isolation plate, thus keeping the battery from sliding around inside the unit.
