I cannot get my GPS tracker TK303F to respond. It has good power, GPS signal indicates good. I have a prepaid ATT SIM card. I have tried numerous times to activate the tracker. I've sent "begin123456" to the unit but no response back. Can anyone help me?

Dan hello, this is not our products, please contact your supplier. but mostly you need a 2G sim card, since ATT does not even support 2G unless this tracker is 3G LTE version so you can use ATT thanks
