all AG9000 use firmware(software) to control the camera recording res.

if 4K video only upto 3K or not upto 3840*2160, it is our first version of AG9000, you need to update the firmware

Suggestion:

the best quality is 1920p since has more fresh rate, 4K only 24 frame per second.


instruction:

************you must charge the camera's battery in full before update****************************

download AG9000 firmware
1)download this zipped file
2)extra with WinRAR or windows 10 own unzip software
3)put it into the TF SD card
4)turn on the camera
5)should popup firmware update information


troubleshooting:
1)if not popup the update information.
A.check if you put the files at the TF card's root
B.please goto menu , firmware, and update manually
