1)activate the sim card online at

or

2)email us the imei number, we will manually activate the sim card for you once you prepaid the plan , we will email you the instruction if you choose this option.

Hello,

Here are instructions to activate the sim card:

1. Visit http://simcard.ablegrid.com/aspx/active/card.aspx
2. Input your SIM card IMEI# (start with 89, you can find it on the back of the SIM card).
3. Click √ to accept the agreements.
4. Choose a plan you need: SMS plan or data plan.
5. Input your email address and your own phone number, and pay with paypal.

Then you should receive a confirmation e-mail from ablegrid with sim card phone number.
Please check the spam if you can’t find the email in the inbox.

I activated it, paid for 3 months, got a receipt and a phone number. But the LED remains constantly "On" and the text "begin123456" gives no response. What am I doing wrong?

i have also paid the 3 months and cant get a gps signal... the light stays green so i cant send my text to the tracker

Hi,

1.Please charge the tracker for 4-6 hours prior to first use. Once you have done so, please take the device off the charger and insert the SIM into the device. PLEASE NOTE BEFORE INSERTING SIM: You will notice that when detaching the SIM from the SIM holder, that the overall SIM card that you can detach is a very small SIM card surrounded by 2 frames, which in total is attached to the SIM card holder. These frames allow the SIM to be an "all in one" SIM, which means it can fit 3 sizes of SIM slots. For the GT-001 and TK-102 tracker, make sure you are using the FULL SIZE SIM, that is, the small SIM with both the frames around it. For the GT-021 tracker, make sure you are using the MICRO SIZE SIM, that is, the small SIM with the smaller frame around it. PLEASE DO NOT insert just the small SIM into the device, as you risk damaging the device doing so.

2. Once you have inserted your SIM, the led light next to the charging port should be BLINKING. If no light comes on, that means you must charge the device. If it is a solid light, that means that you are in a wireless dead area or the SIM is inserted incorrectly. Please refer to step 1 to ensure correct SIM insertion. If that is not the case, you may be in an area with poor wireless signal. In that case, please take the tracker outside and walk around in your neighborhood or area for 10-15 minutes until the light begins blinking.

3.Once the light has gone from BLINKING to OFF, for GT-001 or GT-021 tracker, please use your phone and text the command URL# to the tracker's phone number. (The command starts with a U an R and ends with a pound sign) You should then receive a text back with the device's current location. For TK102 tracker, please text begin123456 to the tracker's phone number.
