How to setup the TK102 GPS tracker. Here is what you need to make the GPS Tracker work 1) Sim Card from GSM phone company, T-Mobile is the suggested phone company who sells the prepaid sim card. 2)before you start, please make sure your sim card is able to a. make a call b. able to receive a call c. send a text message or receive a text message you can simply use your own cell phone to test it. 3) put the gps tracker with the sim card installed outside, and wait for few minutes since cold-started gps need to get satellite signal. here is the step by step video you can refer to : https://www.youtube.com/embed/PB0lrhVuYggplease note:
some time, our customer complained that they can track the gps no problem, but some times, GPS has no any response
that is because the GPS uses sim card which is same as the one in your cellphone. when there is no phone signal , e.g , "No service", you can not contact the GPS,
it is not GPS's problem, just like you can not call your friend's cellphone because he/she is out of range , they get no phone signal . you can SETUP a SD card , put a SD card into TK102 GPS, and it will record the locations.

My GPS location is wrong. Not even close. How do I get the correct location?

in very rare case, if you turned on the gps indoor or in cold start, the gps will take few minutes to get satellite signals, before it gets the current location gps signal , gps will send the last known memorized location to you for example as the below. we turned on the gps indoor with cold start, and get the first red 4 string which location data is in asia (every 20 seconds trace) but after we placed the gps out side the building , the right location is popup. please don't buy any AT&T sim card any more if you need live tracking at website, for this GPS TK102 TK201
(except you only need request the location per call)
and all GPS units use 2G data service
AT&T announced that they will discontinue the 2G service
we will start to selling 3G compatible GSM GPS tracker soon!

if you use iPhone,
never send it by iMessage, you should send it by TEXT message

if you need to use move alert function.
please , you must add your admin phone number into your gps.
use command admin+password+space+yourphone number

One question, when I pulse the SOS button for 3 seconds, what gprs data packet it will send the TK to my server??

Course I did read the user manual GPRS TCP PROTOCOL, and I just read that on exsample of this will be;
（013612345678BO012061830A2934.0133N10627.2544E040.0080331309.6200000000L000770AD）
Where: BO012....
B... UP MESSAGE
O...ALARM MESSAGE
01...ALARM MESSAGE
2..... SOS ALARM
But like I said, when I pulse the SOS Button for 3 seconds, never comr to my server that, just the TK stil sending the normal gprs data packet BR00

My device will not show a flashing light. The light stays solid and will not connect to the phone for tracking. What can I do about this problem?
