my tracker is lost. it was tracking then it stopped in the middle of a street and has gone to sleep. went to see if tracker fell off and it was know where to be found. is there a way to wake it so it can give its current location

My tracker has come back on but there is a major delay from when it is in motion to the time it actually responds
