New Web Platform BETA Version Test:
the new web platform will have battery indicator.
please follow the steps:
1)register your account at new platform https://platform.ablegrid.com/
2)add your tracker into the account
3)email us your account login username to us, otherwise, the tracker is disabled.
You can still use the current platform to track the tracker.





we will stop maintain the old platform by 2022.

the APP will also be published

if you have any question, pls let us know

Can you help me? My device stopped tracking...says it's in Africa. I can get no customer support at all.

Hi Guest,
I have same problem. Brand new tracker, followed activation steps carefully but tracker doesn’t work. I think it’s a huge scam. Sending my complaints to BBB and state Attorney General. Filing numerous complaints and cease & desist motion with the tracker hardware provider, Will not stop until I get full refund plus damages.

please make sure your tracker is fully charged and your sim card is activated
then take the tracker outdoors, take out the sim card and reinsert it to restart the tracker
and walk or drive with it for a while to get the signal

Can you provide the email that is to be used? I sent to csw@ablegrid.com and I'm still waiting on a response. The app lost my tracker information and I can no longer input it. Neither web platform works for my tracker.
