Q1: I have small ears, can these adapt?
A1: They come with different sized rubber adapters to fit different dimensions of ear sizes.
Also, make sure you read the instructions for proper insertion of earbuds.

Q2: Are they good for running?
A2: The earbud fit comfortably and snuggly in your ear, it will stay firm in place for workout or running.

Q3: Do these have a transparency mode?
A3: Yes, they have ambient mode to ensure that you could talk to others if needed.

Q4: How long does the battery last before charging them in the case?
A4: It lasts about 8 hours at 70% volume listening to music.

Q5: Can I use the noise cancellation enabled without music?
A5: Of course it can. When there is no Bluetooth connection, quadruple click either earbud, the noise cancelling function
will be turned on. If Bluetooth is connected and no music is played, the same as above.

Q6: Is there anybody could tell me the difference between the active noise cancellation (anc) function and the cvc8.0 noise reduction?
A6: Active noise cancellation can effectively reduce the ambient noise around you for good music or video experience. CVC8.0 tech
doesn't work for what you hear but what you say, in other words, this CVC tech aims to make clear calls. Totally different.

Q7: Is the volume quiet enough to use in quiet environments?
A7: Absolutely. These are definitely personal. No one else will hear but you.

Q8: Does this item use a type c charger?
A8: Yes, you can use a type C charging cable to charge cabin as well as a wireless charger.

Q9: Are they good for phone calls?
A9: I have only used them for group video calls and they worked well.

Q10: Why my right earbuds doesn't work when connected?
A10: Please reset it as instruction manual shown.

You could reset earbuds under these circumstance such as poor connection, earbuds don't work, earbuds' indicators flash quickly ...

*Reset Earbuds
① Take earbuds out of charging cabin and turn them off manually
② 4 seconds later, press and hold 12s from turning them on to turning them off
③ Put into charging cabin after 3 seconds and wait for another 3 seconds to reset earbuds
