My app doesn't have the setting button. I can't change the tracking time.

Hi，

Firstly, only 4G trackers like model GT100, GT200, GT300, GT100S, GT300S, AB500 and AB600 have the gear button to set the time inteval.

Secondly, please make sure you have chosen the correct model# when you add it.

Please slide to delete your tracker if your tracker is a 4G one, and choose the correct model# to add it again, and it will show the gear key.
