in order to get a replacement parts or warranty. ( NOT refund )

please provide :

1) the invoice from your seller.
2) the details about the issue.
3) your current shipping address and phone number



once we verify the order with the reseller, we will process it and email you the RMA#

I just bought A AG9000 sport cam and as I was getting to know it the latch that closes the water proof door on the back broke. I need a replacement latch if you can please send me 2 just incase it breaks again. The door is kinda hard to shut but I figure its due to being water tight so not sure why latch broke. thanks Adam
