Does the AB320 tracker (with the pre-installed SIM card) have a "listening" mode, like the GT series has? If so, how do I turn it on? Do I have to get an account from another provider with Voice?
Also, can it be turned on & off using the button on the side, making it untrackable when it is "off"?

You can text listenin,1# to turn on it, and turn it off by sending command listenin,0# The pre-installed SIM card does not includes voice minutes, you have to get another sim card with voice minutes to work together with the tracker.
