When I call the device I get a sms with my coordinations as 000000 for longitude and latitude please help

Hi，

Please set the APN first if you are not using the Ablegrid sim card comes with the tracker.

Contact the sim card carrier to get APN, if APN name is ABC, please use your cellphone to send APN123456 ABC to the sim card in the tracker.

Please note there is a space between 6 and A.

You will get the reply APN OK

Then text T020s***n123456 to get reply T020s ok

Call the traker to get the current location.

I am unable to locate the gps via the ablegrid app. It says the battery is on 0% and when I try to locate it it will not allow me to, but I am able to use Text the SIM card and it will let me know the location. How can I get the app to tell me the location?
