If your tracker is offline it means the tracker is either off or not connected to the network.

Please fully charge it for several hours, then take the tracker outdoors to take the sim card out and re-insert it to re-satrt the tracker.

Walk or drive with the tracker for a while til the led light of the tracker is flashing.

Then use your cell phone to text commands to the phone number in the tracker to get the current location.
