I purchase the Able Grid GT-001 Tracker. Need to know how do you receive alerts when tracker leave home/destination or geofence area?

hello, here is currently has two ways to setup the alert for geoFence Option One: Simple version 1) install the app, and make sure you allow the app to push the notification and make sure you setup your cellphone to allow the notifications as well, so you will get the alert when the app is running at the background 2) use the app to setup the geofence and you will get the notification Option Two: FULL version login to your account at gps.ablegrid.com 1)create the zone, draw the zone and save it and name it for example : home area 2)goto event menu, add the event such as Speeding, low speed, high speed, stop, moving, zone in, zone out , etc, add the tracker into this even, so once this event is triggered at this zone , this tracker will send the alert to your app and also the email if you have many trackers, just add any tracer to any zone with any event you want the tracker to trigger. the detailed tutorial is here, please click it and download it is MP4 Video, to view the video , you may need to login to this forum here is the tutorial video : geofencing.mp4 (1,934kb) downloaded 52 time(s).thanks

I just purchased a GT001 and have followed each of the instructions The IMEI # is 356803210247390. I have used the ABLEGRID SIM card and have activated the card with a plan The unit is fully charged. I can not get to connect to the system. When on the tracking web page, under my tracker it keeps saying NO DATA I sent a command to the unit and it keeps clocking. I can not figure out why I can not get connected... hillmann@ptd.net

i already activate the light sensor on my GT-021 GPS tracker but i don't know how to receive notifications when the tracker is taken off?
LA,ON# was the code that i sent to the tracker but i removed from the car and there is no any notification on the app or PC.

Hello, Need to set the center number first, please use your cell phone to send command CENTER,000000,12345678910# (12345678910 is your phone number)to the phone number of the device, and you will get the reply CENTER OK! Then send command LA,0N# to turn on the light sensor function. A message "light alarm, please note" will be sent to your cell phone if the tracker fall down and sense the light. Thanks Shirley
