how to check your AG100 firm version:
memu-> firmware


how to update:
1)download the firmware from our website ( a .bin file),connect the device with SD card inside.
2)put bin file into SD card at root level , change the file name to "firmware.bin"
3)connect to the charger(very important), if you don't connect the power cable when update the firmware, and during the updating , if the power in the battery is not enough, your AG100 maybe useless since the battery in AG100 is only for short-time backup
4)power on the device, the update message will pop-up
5)use up and down key to choose "OK"

thanks for our customer Mr. Jesus, here is more clear steps from his experience.




how to update:
1)download the firmware from our website ( a .bin file)
2) Rename the file to: Firmware.bin (very important) and put it into SD card at root level
3)connect to the charger(very important), if you don't connect the power cable when update the firmware, and during the updating , if the power in the battery is not enough, your AG100 may be useless since the battery in AG100 is only for short-time backup
4)power on the device, the update message will pop-up
5)use up and down key to choose "OK"
