Everything registered, SMS plan purchased, device fully charged, time changed to UTC-5 for South Carolina, drove around with device to connect to towers. There is constant blue light except when texting URL#. The blue light blinks after 20 seconds, but no location sent. Device continuing to blink blue about once every minute. IMEI#356803210242168. Help, please.

please always contact our tech support csw@ablegrid.com or c.ma@ablegrid.com

since 98% of the units activated and start to work just fine. if there is the problem, every case is different

if you are in SC , it must work for sure, it is not Tmobile signal issue.

pls push the sim card and take out the sim card then insert it again. and you should see the following led light status

flash once, solid few minutes, flashing , then it is ok to use. if flashing every second, that means something wrong with the Tmobile signal

So, I have called the number associated with the sim card and it says it is not in service or out of the coverage area. I don't believe it has been activated. Can you check on that please?
